I knew Wilton for over a year before we decided to sell our house. It was an easy decision to list with him. From the very beginning he was knowledgeable and accessible. My father, who was involved with the sale of the house, was a retired real estate broker and was extremely thrilled with the agent/seller relationship that developed. Wilton made sure that we kept the lines of communication wide open. Everything that he knew, we knew. If we had questions, he made sure that we had timely and complete answers. During the process we had an unexpected death in the family. Wilton was a rock for us! He took what could have been a very difficult situation (relating to the sale of the house) and made it as easy as possible for us.  I grew up in the real estate world and I can honestly say that he is honest, genuine and most of all, he cares about his clients.
