Austin-Area Home Sales Continue to Feel Impact of Covid-19 in May

The Austin Board of Realtors® (ABoR) released the Central Texas Housing Market Report for May sales and the area experienced a decline across most regions as a result of Covid-19 and extremely low levels of inventory.  Compared to a year earlier, residential home sales in the five-county metro statistical area decreased a little more than 29% while the median home price increased less than 1%.
