The year 2019 was a 💥 record setting 💥 year for the Austin housing market according to the Central Texas housing market report released by the Austin Board of Realtors. There were more homes sold in 2019 than any other year on record with a record-breaking 33,084 home sales and $13,158,737,333 in sales volume due to an unprecedented population growth. Looking into 2020, 🔥 the market shows no indication of slowing down!
